Your purchase will be packaged securely and shipped to you via USPS. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days Please allow upto one week for production of custom items such as; flip flops, dresses and items with bottle caps. If you do not receive your purchase as a result of an incorrect PayPal address, We are not responsible for re-shipping costs or loss of the item.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds will NOT be granted on custom items.
Exchanges will be given for damaged products that are not a result of normal wear and tear. Shipping costs are not refundable. If a return is requested, the customer will be responsible to pay return shipping costs. All requests for refunds or exchanges must be made with in 15 days of receiving your items.
